H2ODreamer Studio ("we", "us") operates h2o-dreamer-studio.com. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. Information We Collect
We do not have sign-up forms or user accounts. The only data we collect comes from:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): anonymised usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate location (country/city level), and referral source. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish visitors.
- Contact via WhatsApp / Email, if you reach out to us, we receive the information you choose to share (name, phone number, email, project details).
- MoneyBook (小帐本) Apple Pay sync, only if you turn it on: the MoneyBook ledger itself never leaves your device. If you enable Apple Pay sync, each in-store Apple Pay payment (amount, merchant, card name, time) is sent by your iPhone Shortcut to our inbox server, which encrypts it with a key only your device holds before storing it. Your device fetches and decrypts it the next time you open MoneyBook, and the server deletes it right away. We do not store IP addresses or device identifiers with these records.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
Our site uses first-party cookies set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

GA4 data is retained for 14 months (Google's default). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to complete your enquiry. MoneyBook Apple Pay records are deleted as soon as your device has synced them, and at most 30 days after they arrive. An inbox nobody has opened for 180 days is deleted with everything in it.

All wedding and portfolio photographs displayed on this website are original works owned by H2ODreamer Studio or used with the express permission of the individuals depicted. These images are protected under copyright law.
- You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any photograph from this site without prior written consent.
- Unauthorised use (including but not limited to reposting on social media, use in advertisements, or resale) may result in legal action.
- If you believe your likeness appears on this site and wish to request removal, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
